Refund/Exchange Policy

Refunds or exchanges are only available under the following conditions:

1. Your item was damaged during transit

2. The item was misprinted or of poor quality

3. You recived the wrong size and have checked that you did order the correct size

 

We will not refund or exchange under anything other circumstances as all products are made on-demand. 

 

If you meet one of the 3 criteria listed above:


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@toffeesshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The Journey So Far!
Funny story. If you had said to me a few years ago I'd be designing stuff and running an e-commerce store, I'd have been excited to find out who you were really talking about. But life can be weird and wonderful sometimes. So here we are. I’m incredibly passionate about design now. Completely self-taught, but it's a nice surprise to discover a passion (and hopefully some talent) later in life. Re-inventing yourself is transformative. And it's never too late. The tagline for Look Sharpish is "Your Story is Your Style. Start Telling the Truth". I believe that's true in so many ways. It's not just about style or fashion. I think the greatest gift you can give yourself is to be honest with yourself about who you are, and what your principles are, what you like, and don't like. One of my lifelong passions is music. If you snoop around you'll see a lot of that in the music themes collection. There's a song from the Singer/Songwriter Ben Folds that contains the line "It's your life. You can decorate it as you like". I love that. My designs might not be how you want to decorate your life. Totally ok. But for those that do, I'm grateful.
